This page will have images of the Galapagos race of the Yellow Warbler (Setophaga petechia aureola). The aureola subspecies is endemic to the Galapagos Islands and is quite common along the coasts and wooded areas of the islands. The first eight shots on this page were taken in August, 2010, with a Canon EOS 1D Mark IV and a Sigma 50-500mm lens. A beautiful male is on the right.
