The American Bullfrog (Lithobates catesbeiana) is a species which may be commonly found across most of the eastern United States and in many areas of the west as well. The first image shown here was taken in Rockingham Co., New Hampshire, in August, 2009, and shows a large American Bullfrog in thick pond vegetation. This shot was taken with a Canon EOS 1D Mark III and EF 300mm F/4 L IS lens and 2X extender. | |
