The Eastern Chipmunk (Tamias striatus) is a common, small, rodent of woodlands, parks, and suburbs in the eastern half of the United States and Canada. It is the only chipmunk species native to the eastern U.S. The first 3 shots on this page were taken in the White Mountains, Grafton Co., New Hampshire, in June, 2010, with a Canon EOS 1D Mark IV and an EF 800mm F/5.6 L IS lens. | |
