| The Malicious Skipper (Synapte malitiosa) is a tropical species and a rare visitor to south Texas. The one in the first two shots on this page was found by Martin Reid at Santa Ana N.W.R., Hidalgo Co., Texas, in December, 2010. These two shots were taken with a Canon EOS 1D Mark IV and a Sigma 50-500mm lens and Canon 580 flash. |  |
