Within the United States, the Cassius Blue (Leptotes cassius) occurs mainly in Texas and Florida, but it is known to wander well into the mid west and southeastern states. The first two images on this page show a Cassius Blue at the NABA garden, near Mission, Hidalgo Co., Texas, in December, 2010. These two images were taken with a Canon EOS 1D Mark IV and a Sigma 50-500mm lens and Canon 580 flash. | ![]() |
