| The Eastern Gray Squirrel (Sciurus carolinensis) occurs across much of the eastern and central portions of the United States and Canada. It is commonly found in many forests, parks and suburbs. The first 5 images on this page show an Eastern Gray Squirrel investigating a tree with sap leaking from it at Fort Ticonderoga, Essex Co., New York, in June, 2010. These images were taken with a Canon EOS 1D Mark IV and a 300mm F/4 L IS lens. |  |
