| The Black-and-white Damsel (Apanisagrion lais) is a Mexican damselfly species which, within the United States, is only found in a few locations in south east Arizona. The female in the top two images was in Sycamore Canyon, Santa Cruz Co., Arizona, in May, 2008. These shots were taken with a Canon EOS 1D Mark III and EF 300,, F/4 L IS lens and 2X extender. |
