Northern Parula
Setophaga americana
The Northern Parula (Setophaga americana) is a widespread nesting warbler across most of the eastern half of the United States as well as parts of southeast Canada. It winters in the southern half of Florida as well as the Caribbean and parts of Latin America. The first four shots on this page show a singing Northern Parula in a woodland near Lake Kissimmee, Osceola Co., Florida, in February, 2007.
