| Stripe-throated Hermit Phaethornis striigularis This bird was called Little Hermit (Pygmornis longuemareus) when photographed in 1995. It is now Stripe-throated Hermit (Phaethornis strilgularis). This bird was photographed at Rancho Naturalista, near Turrialba, Provincia de Cartago, Costa Rica in October 1995. A Canon T-90 and Sigma 500mm F4.5 lens with a 50mm extension tube with a Fresnel flash was used for both photos. The film was Fuji Sensia 100. |
