Yellow-faced Sprite

The Yellow-faced Sprite (Pseudagrion citricola) is endemic to South Africa, occurring over much of the country. The shots here of a male were taken at the Dullstroom Nature Reserve near Dullstroom, Mpumalanga Province, South Africa. These shots were taken in January, 2006 with a Canon EOS 1D Mark II and EF 300mm F/4 L IS lens and 2X extender with a 580 flash.
