| The Common Murre (Uria aalge) is a species which occurs on the northern coasts of the United States, both east and west. It is also found in the oceans all around Alaska as well as off the eastern coast of Canada. The first shot on this page was taken at Glacier Bay National Park, Alaska, in August, 2008. The next 3 shots were taken at Machias Seal Island, Washington Co., Maine, in June, 2010. |  |
