The Dusky Dancer (Argia translata) is a widespread damselfly of rivers and streams across much of the U.S. The first 2 photos here, of a male and female, were digital captures with a Canon EOS 10D and EF 300 mm F4 L IS lens with a 1.4 extender and 550 EX flash. Both shots were taken in Travis Co., Texas in May, 2003. | |
